Dear River Watch Owners and Residents,

The Governor’s Stay Home, Stay Safe Order remains in place, with modifications being added regularly. Landscaping Staff are now permitted to conduct work at River Watch. Staff from Green Hammer Construction are still providing essential services to River Watch.  This includes response to emergency pages, placement and retrieval of recycling carts for pick up by Public Works, monitoring of pet stations, and responding to maintenance issues which are deemed critical to River Watch Safety.  Green Hammer remains available by pager 24 hours a day at 802-351-0022.  If you have a building maintenance emergency please page them, other non-essential requests will be deferred.

Spray bottles and wipes remain in common areas of each building.  Residents are asked to use them when in contact with door handles/bars and elevator buttons.  Green Hammer will monitor these bottles and fill them as needed.  Residents should be practicing social distancing, refraining from any congregation in common areas, and should be staying in their units as outlined by the Governor’s Stay Home, Stay Safe Order (https://accd.vermont.gov/covid-19).

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation and will continue to work to ensure your safety and daily operations at River Watch.

Should you have questions, please email patrick@appletreebay.com.
